Stephen Turner – MBA, MPA, CMM III EMS Executive

Stephen Turner is the Chief at Lambton County Emergency Medical Services, in Ontario, Canada. He has 30 years of experience in emergency response including having served with a Canadian Coast Guard Search and Rescue unit, as an advanced life support paramedic at several Ontario paramedic services, and as a tactical paramedic with the Ontario Provincial Police Western Region Tactics and Rescue Unit. Stephen has also served two terms as a city councillor in London, Ontario, and has a thorough understanding of the policy process in government. He holds a Masters of Public Administration specializing in local government and a Masters of Business Administration specializing in healthcare and the life sciences.
