The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: “Paramedic”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Association”, “pace-expo”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to your Association.
This website is owned and operated by the Paramedic Association of Canada (“PAC”). By using this website, you-the user-agree to the following Terms of Use. If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions, please discontinue using this website immediately.
PAC may change the content of the Site, including all text, data, information, recordings, graphics, images, icons and any other content (collectively, the “Content”) at any time without notice. These Terms of Use may be revised by PAC at any time without notice.
The Terms are to be read together by you with any terms, conditions or disclaimers provided in the pages of our website. Please review the Terms carefully. The Terms apply to all users of our website, including without limitation, users who are browsers, customers, merchants, vendors and/or contributors of content. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse orders, including without limitation, orders that appear to be placed by distributors or resellers. If we believe that you have made a false or fraudulent order, we will be entitled to cancel the order and inform the relevant authorities.
We do not guarantee the accuracy of the colour or design of the products on our website. We have made efforts to ensure the colour and design of our products are displayed as accurately as possible on our website.

The Province of Ontario and you irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
