Gabriele Mroz ACP, MAL-H

Gabriele Mroz is trained as an Advanced Care Paramedic and works as a Professional Standards Advisor with Peel Regional Paramedic Services. Gabriele’s work experience includes conducting investigations in all regulatory environments of the paramedic industry, including clinical investigations within base hospitals, regulatory investigations within land ambulance operators, and as an investigator within the Ontario Ministry of Health. Gabriele is an Ontario Ministry of Health Ambulance Service Review Team member and a medico-legal consultant serving as a paramedic subject matter expert in civil and criminal proceedings. Gabriele holds a Master’s Degree in Leadership with a Healthcare Specialization, where her primary research focus surrounds psychologically safe investigative practices in Emergency Medical Service organizations.
