Call for Presentations
The Paramedicine Across Canada Expo (PACE 2026) is now accepting presentation proposals! Join us September 16–19, 2026, in beautiful Victoria, British Columbia for four days of learning, collaboration, and innovation in Canadian paramedicine.
About PACE 2026
PACE brings together paramedics, educators, medical advisors, administrators, and public safety leaders from across Canada and beyond. Our sessions highlight forward-thinking, educationally sound, and relevant topics that inspire excellence in patient care and system development.
Presentation Details
Most sessions are 60 minutes in length, including Q&A. We welcome presentations that explore new research, innovations, and best practices across all areas of paramedicine.
Selection Criteria
All proposals will be reviewed by the Program Advisory Committee and evaluated based on:
• Relevance to the paramedic community
• Overall quality and clarity
• Focus and alignment with program themes
• Timeliness and originality of the topic
• Speaker expertise and experience
• Original, high-quality, and timely topics
Proposal Requirements
Your submission must include:
• Session description and learning objectives
• Speaker name, credentials, and contact information
• Short professional bio (for promotional use)
• High-resolution color photo

Notification
All submissions will be notified by May 1, 2026.
Presenter Support
To help keep registration fees affordable for attendees, presenters are encouraged to secure sponsorships for travel and accommodation. If sponsorship cannot be secured, PACE will provide a $500 CAD honorarium to help offset associated costs. All travel and lodging arrangements remain the responsibility of the presenter.
