CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to Paramedicine Across Canada Expo on or before July 15th, 2024. Once an application has been accepted and processed, 50% of the rental rate for each booth space is non-refundable regardless of the date of notice of cancellation. Refund requests received after July 15th, 2024, will not be approved for a refund.

IMPORTANT: Please note that booth assignments are confirmed on a first come, first served basis, after payment has been received and processed.
