Bringing 23 years of institutional expertise spanning frontline paramedicine, clinical education, and operational management, he holds an MBA and is passionate about organizational resilience. He is dedicated to constructing systems that support clinical excellence for paramedics, empowering crews and leaders to effectively command high-stakes emergencies while ensuring the provincial pre-hospital system recovers stronger from major events.
