Jennyfer LeBlanc is an Advanced Care Paramedic with 16 years of frontline experience and over six years specializing in high-fidelity simulation at Collège Boréal. As a Paramedic professor, she is passionate about advancing paramedic education through innovative, repeat-based simulation models that strengthen clinical reasoning, confidence, and team performance. Jennyfer has presented her work on Simulation Rewind at multiple conferences, including Simulation Canada, contributing to ongoing conversations around competency-based paramedic training.
