René Lapierre has been a paramedic since 1992 and faculty at Collège Boréal since 2002, where he now serves as Program Coordinator for the ACP and PCP Paramedic programs. A recognized EMS simulation and experiential learning leader, René works with colleges, EMS services, hospitals, and community partners to expand Advanced Care Paramedic education across Northern Ontario. He also serves as City Councilor for Greater Sudbury. Married to Melissa for 30 years, he is a proud father of three and grandfather of two
