Ian Blanchard (PhD, MSc, BSc, ACP) has worked in paramedicine systems in Canada and the United Kingdom for the last thirty years in frontline clinical, quality assurance, and research capacities. Currently, he is the Senior Scientist for the Emergency Health Services – Alberta system, and an Adjunct Assistant Professor with the Department of Community Health Sciences, in the Cumming School of Medicine at the University of Calgary. Every day, Ian is privileged to work with an incredible group of professionals who are building the science and research enterprise in paramedicine and supporting their frontline colleagues through knowledge creation and translation.
